Wow, that must have been a very scary time for you. You were lucky to catch the fire so quickly. Fire can spread very quickly and other houses could have easily caught fire as well. I’m glad to hear that the family who lived there were okay. I wonder if they had a fire escape plan? I have recently moved into a new house and once we had moved everything in, we created an escape quickly if there was a fire.
